This presentation aims to give you a fresh perspective at WordPress plugin UI and ways to improve it. WordPress plugins often fail to provide elementary guidance and comprehensive communication via UI, thus causing unnecessary support requests and bad karma not only for their makers, but for the WordPress user experience in general. In this talk we take a close look at human reactions and emotions related to plugins and their presence in “WP Admin”, as well as good practices plugin developers can rely upon in order to create a comfortable and more “human” experience for the people using their products.
