December 14, 2018 — Un forum de soutien technique est un endroit idéal pour poser des questions, mais aussi pour offrir de l’aide aux autres. Un bénévole des forums WordPress.com depuis maintenant huit ans vous raconte son histoire. Il explique comment il a commencé à participer aux forums, ce qu’il en retire et le genre de questions auxquelles il préfère répondre. Il donne également quelques conseils aux personnes qui voudraient, elles aussi, se lancer dans cette aventure.

Bet is a moderator on the Support Forums. The group recently held a volunteer orientation on April 27th.
