Not every site needs a redesign, but every site can benefit from some careful observation and reaction to users. This session would introduce the idea of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), give examples of it’s usefulness, and provide some getting started tips. The topic is an essential element of effective ongoing site marketing: people think about optimizing their sites for the search engines… how about the users?
