This presentation, called “The Law of Twitter” is an introduction to the law of defamation and privacy, particularly as it applies to blogs and twitter. You will look into some real life cases and know about what steps can be taken by bloggers and tweeters to protect themselves from being fired from their “day jobs” or sued.
