   There is, of course, a mistake on one of my slides 😦

   The correct way to enable the debug.log is:

   define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
   define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
   define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY, false);

   I had pasted the wrong snippet into the slide which incorrectly set it to false! Gah!
