Asiakkaan odotukset voivat olla epärealistisia ja palaute negatiivista. Vapaa-ajan ja työajan raja on hämärtynyt. IT-ala kehittyy myös jatkuvasti ja alaa vaivaa pula etenkin kokeneista kehittäjistä. Samaan aikaan mielenterveysongelmista johtuvat sairauspoissaolot ja työkyvyttömyyseläkkeet lisääntyvät.
Tämän puheen tarkoituksena on kertoa työuupumuksesta ja saada kuulijat pohtimaan keinoja, joilla voisimme ehkäistä ja hallita paremmin stressiä ja oppia paremmin selviytymään vaikeistakin tilanteista.
