En esta charla aprenderemos cómo y cuándo pedir feedback para que los clientes se sientan cómodos y seguros y recibamos un feedback concreto, respetuoso y constructivo sobre nuestros diseños. Veremos algunas herramientas online para recibir feedback y conoceremos algunos métodos avanzados y muy interesantes que podemos utilizar con nuestros clientes.
