March 22, 2019 — Διαπιστώνει, λόγω της ιδιότητας του ως δικηγόρου, και διότι ασχολείται κυρίως με την συμβουλευτική δικηγορία πως πολλές φορές επαγγελματίες με εμπειρία ετών «πέφτουν» σε παγίδες (που ενώ ως νομικός θεωρεί πως ήταν κάτι που μπορούσε να αποφευχθεί) που κοστίζουν σε έναν επαγγελματία/επιχείρηση. Ως εκ τούτου, θα εκθέσει τους συμμετέχοντες σε κάποια ζητήματα που χρειάζεται να λάβουν υπόψη κατά τη διάρκεια της δραστηριότητας τους με βιωματικό τρόπο. Δηλαδή, χρησιμοποιώντας παραδείγματα που έχουν τύχει στον ίδιο και μαθήματα που αποκόμισε από την εμπειρία του. Οι τομείς αυτοί είναι ζητήματα IP, soft GDPR και τέλος φορολογικά/διοικητικά ζητήματα αδειών κλπ. ώστε να κατανοήσουμε κάποιους κινδύνους που ελλοχεύουν σε συναλλαγές/δραστηριότητες.

He finds, as a lawyer, since he is mainly involved in advisory counseling, that many times professionals with «years of experience» fall in traps ( while he thinks it was something that could be avoided), which cost a lot for a professional/company. Therefore, he will expose the participants to some issues that they need to take into account during their activity in an experiential manner. That is, using examples of what he has already experienced and the lessons he has learned from these. These areas are IP issues, soft GDPR, and tax / administrative licensing issues etc. in order for us to understand some risks in hiding in trading / activities.
