November 24, 2020 — His talk will introduce the audience to Gutenberg, its history and its present state. Additionally, he will do a deep dive into the progress of Gutenberg, all its features, and all the possibilities it offers to developers.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg – there’s more to Gutenberg that meets the eye, and major changes are planned in upcoming phases. Hardeep will also delve into the upcoming phases of Gutenberg (especially Phase 2), and will share more details on how people are doing amazing projects with the same.
February 8, 2018 — He will talk about how NPM, Grunt, Gulp, Sass and Travis CI with Github can help us automate some of our tasks and improve our development process. Attendees will leave understanding when and why they’d want to use these tools in a WordPress theme-specific context, and how they play together in a real-life workflow.
January 10, 2018 — Open-source has a major impact on our lives, from small things to big. You know… the ATM you’re using daily for routine payments, the mobile phone you can’t leave aside for at least 5 minutes, the web browser you’re opening to read this now; all of them flourished because we worked together for a common purpose. They ease your existence more than you realize.
But what if open-source never existed? Have you ever asked yourself this question? I have, and I even pictured the world without it. Which is exactly what I am going to talk about in my presentation at WordCamp Ahmedabad 2017.
