Egal ob Shop oder Blog, ab einer gewissen Menge von Inhalten ist eine einfache textbasierte Suche nicht mehr zielführend, weil im Ergebnis noch zu viele Treffer sind. Bei einigen großen Shop (z.B. Amazon) kann man gut sehen, wie mit wenigen Klicks das Suchergebnis immer weiter verfeinert werden kann – ohne das man in einer Sackgasse landet wo es plözlich keine Treffer mehr gibt. In der Session werde ich die Facettierte Navigation vorstellen und zeigen wie man das mit Hilfe von Elasticsearch in seiner WordPress Installation nutzen kann.
