   my dashboard doesn’t look like this. Mine doesn’t have the Plugins tab or Home and updates underneath Dashboard How do i change that?

   I’m trying to add plugins also and have the same problem.

   You may not have administrative privileges. Are you the one who built the site? If not, the person who built your site probably didn’t want you to have to see superfluous items.
