Gravity Forms, with addons and plugins can help you create complex registration forms, with early & late payments, questions that display only when certain boxes are ticked, signatures for releases, pretty PDFs of the submission created and emailed to a registrar, CSV (Excel-readable) exports of the registrations emailed to anyone automatically, and more!
