Probably the most in-depth and fact-based discussion of WordPress memory. Surprised you never showed that to solve c10k with a WordPress at the built-in 64MB allocation would require at least 640,000MB (640GB) of RAM (which is a lot to some and laughably small to a facebook)

In this talk I’d like to address some misconceptions about memory usage in WordPress. I’ll cover some plugins, tools and techniques to analyze memory consumption, I’ll share ideas about overly high memory usage in third-party themes and plugins. I’ll walk through some common programming mistakes leading to memory waste in WordPress, and how developers can keep their memory under control.
