I’ll cover some plugins, tools and techniques to analyze memory consumption, I’ll share ideas about overly high memory usage in third-party themes and plugins. I’ll walk through some common programming mistakes leading to memory waste in WordPress, and how developers can keep their memory under control.

Probably the most in-depth and fact-based discussion of WordPress memory. Surprised you never showed that to solve c10k with a WordPress at the built-in 64MB allocation would require at least 640,000MB (640GB) of RAM (which is a lot to some and laughably small to a facebook)
