January 26, 2026 — It is a case-study driven talk exploring how content creators and businesses are responding to the rise of AI tools that are rapidly replacing traditional search.
With a focus on multiple high-profile companies, which have been successful content platforms from Nepal and globally, who built their growth on Google Search, this session draws from interviews, founder perspectives, and real business data to show how content-led organizations are adapting to changing audience behavior and declining organic visibility.
Rather than offering generic solutions, this presentation highlights what’s already changing, why some creators are shifting from content to products or tools, and how these insights apply to both individual WordPress creators and content-heavy organizations.
January 26, 2026 — In this session, we’ll explore how a full-stack AI-powered health solution can be engineered from the ground up—focusing on diabetes care as a case study—and how WordPress can be effectively used to market, educate, and build community around such a product.
We’ll cover:
– Engineering the MVP of a privacy-first health app using full-stack tools.
– Designing scalable, secure systems that handle sensitive user data.
– Integrating AI agents for generating personalized insights and care plans.
– Using WordPress to build a dynamic frontend for user education, SEO, and community engagement—without compromising on performance or compliance.
Whether you’re a developer curious about AI and app development, or a WordPress enthusiast looking to connect your content with real-world solutions, this talk will share practical strategies for bridging the product-engineering world with the publishing power of WordPress—no pitches, just possibilities.
January 26, 2026 — DevOps is more than tools and pipelines—it’s a mindset that drives cultural transformation across organizations. In this talk, we’ll explore how the way we think about work—such as siloed responsibilities, blame culture, and fear of failure—shapes the very culture of our teams. Many still hold the false perception that DevOps is just about automating deployments or hiring a “DevOps engineer.” But in reality, DevOps is a collaborative approach that fosters shared ownership, faster feedback, and continuous improvement. We’ll uncover how adopting true DevOps practices breaks down barriers between development and operations, nurtures trust, and ultimately drives innovation and agility across the entire organization.
January 26, 2026 — Design isn’t just about what looks good — it’s about what works.
In this session, we dive into the heart of user-centered design. New and aspiring designers often leap into their craft by picking fonts and colors without asking the most important question: why? This talk will guide attendees through the core principles that should ground every design decision — empathy, research, and real-world testing.
Expect a candid discussion on moving beyond aesthetics and trends, and toward crafting digital experiences that solve real problems for real people. We’ll explore how intentional design can bridge the gap between user needs and business goals — and why good design always starts long before a single pixel is placed.
Whether you’re just beginning your journey in design or looking to reconnect with its deeper purpose, this session offers practical insights and a powerful mindset shift: from decoration to impact.
