    September 19, 2019 — Emoções que os usuários sentem ao utilizar um produto, como alegria ou entusiasmo, influenciam a atratividade que eles atribuem a ele. Entregar uma experiência propriamente dita não é fácil, como também medir atratividade de um produto, devemos sempre levar em consideração o contexto em que os usuários estão inseridos e os aspectos que envolvem a experiência em si.
    Atratividade não é algo que eu já vi testado muito em equipes, embora seja super útil e surpreendentemente fácil de fazer. Todos nós já fomos designer em uma equipe onde queríamos melhorar a estética do produto só para agradar os usuários finais ou o chefe, na construção de um produto digital a atratividade não é apenas algo bom de ter, é essencial na maior parte do tempo.

    O questionário AttrakDiff, elaborado por Marc Hassenzahl e seus colegas em 2003 é uma ferramenta de referência para os pesquisadores em experiência de usuário vulgo UX. AttrakDiff baseia-se num modelo teórico segundo esse modelo, os usuários percebem os produtos interativos de acordo com duas dimensões que são: As qualidades hedónicas e pragmáticas.

    Através do AttrakDiff podemos medir a atratividade de qualquer sistema interativo, combinando as qualidades hedônicas e pragmáticas do mesmo, essas duas dimensões influenciarão a percepção subjetiva da atratividade do produto ou sistema, que dará luz a comportamentos (por exemplo, aumento de uso) e emoções (por exemplo: felicidade ou frustração).

    Devemos ter atenção AttrakDiff não mede emoções específicas, mas inclui uma avaliação do impacto emocional na avaliação do produto. Ele mede a atratividade de um produto com base em dois conjuntos de escalas:
    Escala pragmática – mede a usabilidade do produto. Escala hedônica – mede reações emocionais que sentimos ao usar o produto.

    AttrakDiff pode ser usado para todos os produtos interativos – de software empresarial a produtos de consumo, controle de máquinas, site ou dispositivos médicos, é uma ferramenta incrível porque produz bons dados quantitativos e comparativos. Sua limitação é que avalia a reflexão sobre a experiência em vez da experiência propriamente dita.
