Even today, after working as a professional front-end developer for 6 years, I’m still struggling to keep up to be able to create what I want. In this talk, let me take you by the hand and give you insight into how I took my first steps as a front-end developer. Starting off with HTML and CSS, 15 years ago, using Microsoft Frontpage. Upon today where I’m teaching myself React to build Gutenberg blocks. During this journey, I will show you how and where you can start off to become a front-end developer. I will talk about recreating examples, where to find the information you need and why asking questions can save you dozens of hours!

I would try to debunk some myths, as well give specific tips on how you can grow your traffic from search engines, based on my experience with growing two of the most popular WordPress blogs.

1) Issues like anxiety and imposter syndrome,
2) Societal issues and pressure,
3) Peer pressure,
4) Disturbance in the families and responsibilities due to remote jobs,
5) People’s perspective towards professionals working remotely,
6) Communication challenges,
7) Confusions among professionals while taking the first step towards remote jobs, etc.
The talk will cover small stories (fiction) to explain the title and the issues mentioned above. I prefer to take it in Hinglish (Hindi + English).
