August 19, 2026 — You don’t use AI to help your team. You build a team that happens to be AI. That shift — from AI as a tool to AI as a workforce — changes everything: how you structure work, how you delegate, how you quality-check, and what you actually need to show up for yourself. This workshop is where you make that shift for real, not in theory. In 90 minutes, you will design, assemble, and employ multiple AI-only teams — each with a defined role, a scope, and a manager agent coordinating their output. By the end of the session, your teams will have produced something tangible: a working plugin stub, a set of publish-ready blog posts, or a deliverable from your own work that you brought into the room.
