Le code de conduite stipule : un environnement convivial, sûr et accueillant pour tous les participants, sans distinction de genre, d’orientation sexuelle, d’handicap, d’origine ethnique, ou de religion.

Imaginons un instant que les gens autour de nous appliquent ceci, par exemple lors d’entretien d’embauche.

La communauté WordPress et, plus largement la communauté open-source, peut inspirer les autres autour d’elle. Les mécanismes psychologiques/physiologiques des sentiments d’acceptance et d’appartenance seront aussi abordés.

Que ce soit des hooks appelés en ajax, des résultats de communications avec une application externe : difficile d’afficher cela sur le navigateur, surtout une fois que le site est en production.

Je vous montrerai ma méthode de développement avec des fichiers de log qui permet de préserver un affichage propre, prêt pour la production et d’avoir plein d’informations au moment de développer, mais aussi une fois que ça tourne !

In this talk I will share what happened in Vienna, what it did to me, how it impacted me personally and how it changed my view on life. I’ll show you how I implemented a Code of Conduct in my business and in my life and why you want to too.
