March 3, 2020 — The importance of time management in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and delivery of projects.

February 1, 2019 — At my job as a web developer at GreenBananaSEO, the senior web developer without notice left the company due to stress. It was now up to me to take on his work and lead the web department. My time management skills were put to the test in order to become the most productive web developer I can possibly be.

The first half of the lesson will be the tips & tricks learned from from the popular time-management books ‘Getting Things Done’ by David Allen and ‘Eat That Frog’ by Brian Tracy. These tips & tricks can be used by anybody – designers, bloggers, designers, developers, etc.

The second half of the lesson will be how I implemented time management in WordPress development: task management, web maintenance, web development, theme development, plugin use & recommendations, launching sites, creating your own checklists, and more. All of this in order to increase productivity while continuing to build quality sites.

May 6, 2018 — We all have 24 hours in our days, but we spend them very differently. This talk is about the discoveries I came across, tracking every minute of my life since February 2017. I use time tracking across all areas of my life.

This presentation will be divided into two sections: ‚The benefits of time tracking at work‘ and ‚The benefits of time tracking in your daily life‘.

I find that time tracking has the following effects: increased productivity, improving choosing the right task to work on, feeling in control of your day/life and making an excellent feedback loop for reflection.

I’ll share how I’ve balanced running my own business with creating and running several successful side hustles over the past five years.

November 3, 2016 — Marius fell in love with WordPress back in 2006 when he started his first blog about entrepreneurship. Later on he founded WPRiders, a technical WordPress agency with a focus on customer’s business goals. After launching different products for both local as well as the international market, Marius’ agency is now providing WordPress services for worldwide clients. At WordCamp Bucharest, he will be speaking about Moving from software products to WordPress services, where he will share some lessons learned from his past experiences.
