June 10, 2019 — ¿Quieres dedicarte al desarrollo web como autónomo o con tu empresa y no sabes cómo empezar? ¿Cómo conseguir clientes? ¿Cuánto cobrar? ¿Te da miedo? ¿Cómo evitar que tus clientes tomen el control?.

Llevo en el mundo del desarrollo web desde hace unos cuantos años (no diré cuántos) y por el camino he sufrido, he aprendido, he reído, he llorado, he acertado, me he equivocado, me han dado de tortas y las he repartido (no tantas como me hubiera gustado). Voy a compartir mi experiencia y dar unos sabios (espero) consejos para evitar que fracases:

– ¿Puede todo el mundo ser autónomo o montarse por su cuenta? – Autónomo sí, solo no ¿Debo buscar socios? ¿Con quién debo asociarme? – ¿Cómo buscar clientes? – ¿Cómo establecer mis precios? – ¿Cómo evito que los clientes se me suban a las barbas? – La constancia es la clave. – ¿Qué conocimientos técnicos debo tener? — La idea de esta charla es la siguiente: – Contaré mi trayectoria personal de manera muy breve, amena y divertida incidiendo en mis aciertos y errores. – Daré consejos sobre clientes, promoción, precios, socios, etc. –

Terminaré diciendo que no todo el mundo puede/debe montarse por su cuenta. Quiero que la gente salga de la charla con una idea más clara de cómo montar un negocio de desarrollo o cómo mejorarlo si ya lo tienes, cómo evitar fracasar, cuáles son los errores más comunes y cómo lograr el éxito.
