This video has been without captions for over 5 months since it was uploaded. I have created a caption file and uploaded it. With Automattic’s financial resources this should have been taken care of already.

The English caption file is there. I provided it. In the sidebar on the right (desktop view) there is a link to the English TTML under “Subtitles”. In the video player you can enable closed captions for English. I submitted no translations for any other language.
