January 26, 2023 — Hace un tiempo que WordPress está trabajando en una nueva tecnología de temas que permita gestionar las partes que se repiten en todas las páginas de la web, básicamente la cabecera y el pie de página, con bloques del mismo tipo que los del editor Gutenberg. Esto no es trivial y se ha tardado un tiempo en tener esta tecnología fuera de versiones beta y funcionando bien. Pero ese momento ha llegado y ahora ya no tiene sentido diseñar temas con la antigua tecnología. En este meetup veremos como funcionan estos nuevos temas, qué nuevos conceptos incluyen y como se usan desde un punto de vista práctico, viendo como un proyecto real tiene un tema real con esta tecnología y aprendiendo de alguien que lo tiene en su web, en producción como se hace. Para no perdérselo.

También puede resultar de utilidad en el caso de comunidades, para que los miembros de la misma compartan sus ofertas de trabajo o encargos a los que necesitan dar salida.

Este plugin es bastante versátil y dispone de extensiones para ampliar sus funcionalidades, como por ejemplo añadir la opción de que los usuarios suban su propio currículum, que cada oferta tenga un formulario de contacto o que se activen alertas por email si se cumplen ciertas condiciones.
