November 16, 2016 — Quando si parla di blog, generalmente, ci si occupa degli aspetti prettamente tecnici, quindi SEO, posizionamento sui motori di ricerca, ottimizzazione… ma non si prendono (quasi) mai in considerazione gli aspetti giuridici. Partendo dall’analisi di un blog e dei contenuti tratteremo di:
– testi (cosa e come scrivere, diritto di cronaca)
– immagini (utilizzabilità e copyright)
– gestione dei commenti (risposte e cancellazione dei commenti “scomodi”)
In linea generale tutti sappiamo perfettamente cosa si può e cosa non si può fare online, purtroppo, però, appena iniziamo a navigare online ci dimentichiamo anche le regole più scontate, con conseguenze piuttosto pesanti a livello giuridico (oltre che d’immagine nel caso di brand).
