    I agree with most of Troy’s advice, but not all (for example, business cards are still quite effective where I live in West Michigan, USA). It’s too bad the audio quality isn’t great, but it’s nice that the slides are available. Troy has some valuable tips for marketing, project management, development, and client relations.
