Most businesses that use WordPress do not have the resources to do testing on their website. It does not matter if it’s UX testing, focus groups, A/B testing, conversion optimization, it’s all too time consuming and expensive. So unfortunately these businesses don’t structurally improve their website at all…
Luckily, the most effective improvements have been thoroughly tested by Amazon, Google, H&M and others. They only need to be implemented by a smart WordPress user!
