Awesome Mika! The most important takeaway is your honesty about how a hideous review can make you angry. Thanks for not saying something cliche, like you should not get angry. 😉 The KEY is taking a breather/walking away for a minute before responding to a hideous review. That has been the hardest thing for to me learn and continue to practice. Thanks for keepin it real. You ROCK!

Key Takeaways: What to look for in reviews, how to take good from the worst reviews, how to handle yourself in bad reviews, understanding what is experience, making the most of reviews.
