Dai video degli asteroidi contro madri e padri alle invasioni di campo più o meno studiate, come quella avvenuta ultimamente durante la finale di Champions League, lo scopo è sempre lo stesso: tutti abbiamo bisogno di farci ricordare e spesso lo facciamo ricorrendo al passaparola, con la speranza che questo diventi virale.
    Anche chi ha un e-commerce o sta sviluppando un prodotto digitale spera di poter sbloccare il virale. In un’ottica di sviluppo prodotto, che cosa significa progettare il virale? E si può davvero pensare alla propagazione virale come il fine ultimo di questa strategia oppure l’obiettivo dovrebbe essere diverso?
    Una sessione legata alla progettazione digitale focalizzata sugli aspetti di marketing e sugli utenti perché, nonostante tutta la tecnologia che abbiamo oggi a disposizione, sono ancora loro a dover essere messi al centro.
