May 14, 2016 — WordPress speaks more than 100 languages. Many people don’t realise that that’s one of the main reasons of the software growing globally to power more than 24% of the web. This talk will shed a bit of light on who translates WordPress and how you, as a plugin or theme author, can grow your products following the example of the core software. You get to meet the largest WordPress contributor team – the Polyglots – 4000+ people who donate their time and effort to get WordPress to as many people and place as possible.

February 7, 2016 — Anhand von positiven und negativen Beispielen möchte ich zeigen, was ich in meinem Alltag als Forenhelfer und Übersetzer gelernt habe und wie mich das als Entwickler weitergebracht hat und warum ich das nur jedem empfehlen kann. Sei es der Blick über den Tellerrand, die Übung in Geduld, das Ausloten von Grenzen oder das “Danke schön!” und die Gewissheit jemanden geholfen zu haben. Es gibt viele Aspekte, die einem etwas geben können. – Ein sehr persönlicher Talk und ein kleiner Einblick, warum ich das schon so lange mache und was es mir (und vielleicht auch dir?) geben kann.

November 24, 2015 — Report about the great people and situations from the first Italian WordPress Contributor Day. It was on November 7th in Milan and attended by about 60 people from different regions of Italy.
